Empowering you to live a healthier, happier life.
Hi there, I'm Angie, and I am excited about the prospect of working with you. As someone who has EDS III and POTS, I fully understand what it takes to "do life" as someone with health challenges to manage.
In addition to a Master's in Mental Health Counseling (NCC), I am an ICF-ACC level certified coach, with Professional and Health Coaching certificates from The Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute and The Osher Center for Integrative Health at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Most importantly, however, is that I have a passion for coaching and working with individuals like yourself as they navigate challenging situations. Here at My EDS Coach, I am committed to helping my clients achieve their optimal health and wellness through personalized coaching and support. I believe that everyone has the power to take control of their health journey, and I am here to partner with you for that process.
I can help you navigate your new (or existing) diagnosis, help you to come up with a personalized approach to managing your care, and provide support in a non-judgmental environment. I also work closely with a double boarded physician (Family Medicine and Sports Medicine) for general medical information and questions.
Please note that I do not offer medical advice, conduct therapy, or serve as a replacement for the appropriate medical professionals. However, I do understand that these are complicated diagnoses that warrant a specific type and level of management, and that everyone has a different "personal best". We will work together to find yours!
